Getting Started with VA Community Care
524 Wellness LLC is proud to provide Veteran Therapeutic Bodywork through VA Community Care for eligible Veterans.
Appointments for VA services are provided by referral and authorization only and cannot be booked online.
How VA Scheduling Works
To receive massage therapy services through VA Community Care, the following steps are required:

Obtain a VA Community Care referral for massage therapy from your VA provider.

Ensure your authorization is active and includes massage therapy services.

Submit your authorization details through our VA intake form or contact our office directly.

Once authorization is verified, our office will contact you to schedule your appointments based on VA-approved availability.
Important Information

VA services are billed directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to the Veteran for authorized services.

Session length and number of visits are determined by VA authorization.

Additional wellness services and add-ons are not included in VA-authorized care.
